Birmingham City has reluctantly accepted a transfer request from Sierra Leonean teenage midfielder, Foday Nabay, who is set to join Premier League side, Fulham.

The midfielder, who just turned 15, joined the academy at St Andrew’s in August 2006 and last summer accepted the club’s offer of a two-year scholarship.However, the England Under-16 international and his advisors have expressed a desire to leave Birmingham for family reasons and to continue his development by relocating to London.
