You can use this form you send us the information we need in order to commence the process of getting your passport renewed. Please review the notes below.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We can only facilitate your passport renewal if your passport was issued AFTER 2002.
The cost of the Renewal including service charge is $180. This does not include the courier charge to return it to you.
If you want us to send the passport back to you via DHL, the cost depends on the destination and you will be notified once we are ready to send it to you.
One reason your application might get delayed is unsuitable passport photo sent. It is very important that you look through this article for tips on acceptable and unacceptable passport photos.
If you need the passport in a different surname, for example if you got married/divorced supporting documents will be required. For example, marriage or divorce certificate.
