The Craig Bellamy Foundation national female football league ended over the weekend with Suba United of Makeni emerging as champions.
The final was played at the Wusum Field in Makeni and female football teams from all four regions in Sierra Leone battle for the coveted trophy.
Suba United FC defeated Jam-Jam United FC from Kenema 5-1 whilst Western Area’s Fant FC spanked Bo City’s Southern Queens 4-1.
