EFFECTIVE 8 July 2022

Key points

  1. All inbound and outbound passengers to register on the travel portal https://travel.gov.sl before travelling into or out of Sierra Leone.
  2. All inbound and outbound passengers 12 years and above are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to travel.
  3. Fully vaccinated inbound and outbound passengers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination will no longer be required to take a pre-departure or pre-arrival COVID-19 PCR test.
