One year on from its handover to the people of Sierra Leone, the former Isle of Man fisheries protection boat is having a dramatic effect on the lives of some of the world’s poorest people.

To mark the first anniversary of its operation, Environment Food and Agriculture Minister Phil Gawne MHK visited Sierra Leone to see for himself the impact the vessel was having.
