Bunce Island Tour

This past May (2014) was the second time that a group of students from Queens university of Charlotte has been on the Bunce Island Excursion. The esperience in 2013 was so wonderful it was a must see for this year's group. Abdullah, our very knowledgable guide again this year, also gave us insights into life in Sierra Leone during our conversation upriver to Bunce. On island, Spider, one of the island's caretakers, also shared with us some of his local knowledge. The entire crew was very accomdating. The day was fun, educational and thought provoking.
