If I am wrong, one of the admins or more seasoned members can correct me. I have found that if you do not have one foot in the door, or an inside scoop, connect etc it is very difficult to get a job in Sierra Leone. I tried for almost a year to obtain a position in Sierra Leone, for some jobs I was overqualified for and others that I was a perfect match, not even a bite I received. However I know of many under qualified non degree holders that obtained jobs way beyond their experience. Hmmm, I wonder why :)I think it definitely helps if you are on the ground, that way you can make those connections etc.
