| Met some wonderful Sierra Leonean friends when I lived in London 1973- 1977. I am presently practicing law in New York. Would love to get in touch with Fernando Marke or his sister Moira Marke. I think they were from Freetown...parents ( Sonny & Jeanne Marie) owned a liquor store. had another sister called Mariette...think there might have been a brother called Junior. Friends of walter, Zoe and Zena, Ambrose and Prince...good old days in Earls Court, London. |

I have really enjoyed visiting your site but I wish you had more information about Blama. I worked there as a VSO in the late 80's and have some very happy memories of my time there. I wonder how the town coped in the war and what happened to my friends at St.Joseph's and in the town. If anyone has any Blama news, pls get in touch. |

| I travel to SL at least twice a year with groups of American business people. This site has become a great resource in providing comprehensive orientation about the country to my American guests. I also refer to it often. Thanks for making all of us in the diaspora proud of our great nation. Keep up the excellent work. |
